It's ok. Parking garage is nice. Avoid any of the food, especially the breakfast buffet, unless you are wealthy and desperate; it's subpar to mediocre and vastly over priced. Desk staff is nice. No microwave or mini fridge, unless you pay to have them come and install it. Bed is decent, pillows are fantastic, towels are rough.

How a Sheraton Should Be
This hotel reminds me of why I started staying with Starwood in the first place years ago. It still has that great service, atmosphere, and feel that I loved. I did have some noise issues with a group that had multiple rooms but the team there took care of it and moved me up to a corner room on the lounge floor for the rest of my stay which was perfect. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and made me feel like I was actually a valued guest.
The club lounge was nice, although I wish they had more vegetarian-friendly options in the evening (one night was great but the other just had mashed potatoes and fruit), and some better wine choices.
Overall, I was extremely happy. There are more modern and updated Sheratons out there but it seems to be harder and harder to find the kind of service, attention to detail, willingness to honor benefits, and friendliness that this place has. I can't wait to come back.

Horrible experience
My reservations for 3 rooms were cancelled two days before my son's wedding. 5 calls later and 2.5 hours in time I finally had reservations. And, I did not get the wedding rate. The reservation agents were the rudest and the most inept I had ever come across-and I travel a lot. One room was flooded, the other had no electricity. Never will I use a Sheraton again.
