Rated 2 out of 5 by 123KB from Don't stay in Room 112 Extremely loud noises. This room is right over a garage that has an extremely loud garage door that opens and closes all night long. There is also a lot of street noise and some other (metal on metal screeching) noise that we could not identify (elevator, maybe?)

Rated 3 out of 5 by Rhea from Fun hotel with terrible restaurant in good location. The lunch really ruined our feeling about the hotel. The room was nice, the decor was fun. We asked where we could go get a sandwich and they recommended the restaurant in the lobby. They only had one sandwich and after ordering we were told they were “out” of the ingredients. They offered an alternative that was what my husband described the worst he has ever had. It was bread with one slice of roast beef that didn’t even cover the whole slice of bread. My salad was barely edible as the dressing just tasted like mayo and there was far too much on there.

From the moment we arrived at the lobby after our international flight and were greeted with chocolates and water to the hustle of the bell hop to get a taxi when our Uber was delayed. I would recommend this luxurious experience to all travelers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AndraNicole from Wonderful Hotel! Our stay was excellent! The hotel was beautiful, location was perfect, the staff was so friendly. The breakfast every morning was incredible!! loved the amount of choices we had. The concierge (Maria) was helpful in getting our plans sorted and making recommendations. We were on our honeymoon and they had a special treat sent to the room which was wonderful. Everything was very clean too. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!!! Thank You!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mariano from UNIQUE EXPERIENCE Superb location in the AVenida Liberdade main street in the city with fashion brands, nice restaurants, and walking distance to main atractions. The rooms was big and with nice views. We stayed at a live music night at the restaurant and we have funny time. If you have good weather -whiat happens often - the breakfast in the open terrace is a great experience.
