Excellent service and hospitality, rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very accommodating. Highly recommend

Rated 5 out of 5 by Cindy from London Marriott Hotel Kensington From the moment I stepped into this hotel, to the moment I left, the staff were nothing but stellar. Everyone we encountered, from the bell hops, front desk employees, servers at breakfast, bartender in the evening, chefs in the kitchen at breakfast to housekeeping, all of them were outstanding. The variety on the breakfast buffet was outstanding and absolutely delicious! The drinks in the lounge were great too. The helpfulness and knowledge of the staff were impeccable. The GM must be a great leader to have a staff like this. I will definitely stay here again.

Rated 2 out of 5 by 23 from No me gusto el trato No se puede acusar de fumar en la habitacion cuando no es cierto. Hay que ser mucho mas prudente, especialmente sin pruebas de ningun tipo.
