Huge room and great service!
This hotel was conveniently situated close to the Shard, tube and Borough Market. The room was huge and well decorated - it had a well appointed kitchen area with superb views, a nice lounge area and compact modern shower room. We loved it!

Nice, centrally located hotel
Very nice hotel near lots of sites. Tower Bridge is not far, as is Borough market as well as underground stations to get to additional sites quickly. The breakfast was very nice each morning.

Great value, will return
Great value: Lots of space, clean rooms, great smelling toiletries, exceptionally friendly and fun staff, good location just 5mins from Borough Market. Terrible breakfast.

Great location and modern clean hotel
The staff was excellent. Location was perfect for sightseeing and easy walking distance to subway and bus system. The room was clean and the kitchenette was perfect for our stay. The free breakfast was incredible and had many options. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London for pleasure or business.

Comfortable stay, taken to another level by friendly staff
This is an up to date hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly healthy staff.
London hotel location is very dependent on what you want to do/visit and the location was great for our planned activities.

Great Hotel, Marriott Organization has some Work
Actual hotel stay experience was pleasant. Overshadowed by a reservation issue that was not resolved, additionally the lack of timing from Marriot Bonvoy is disheartening. It’s great to figure out how to get paid on time, how about figuring out how Bonvoy accounts can be updated on time?
