Rated 5 out of 5 by Mel from Honeymoon We decided to stay here as we love Rugby and love London so combined that for our honeymoon. The staff there are brilliant. From housekeeping, the breakfast hostess and reception staff. All are friendly and professional and made our stay even better. We shall return.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Aimee from Amazing staff All of the staff were so lovely and polite. They all took an interest in me and the reason for my stay. I was sitting an exam, and all staff I interacted with wished me luck. The hotel had a lovely interior and the food was delicious.

Rated 3 out of 5 by No from Our stay Was a expensive experience. Beds uncomfortable and was asked to pay £15.00 for faster internet speed. The breakfast was £28.95 for full English which in my opinion is very expensive. TV was rather old and had limited channels no smart tv's here. Overall a disappointing stay.
