Rated 5 out of 5 by Karl from Anniversary to remember My wife and I recently stayed at the Beaux Arts to celebrate our Anniversary and it was a most memorable time. We were treated like royalty Valet parking was fast and friendly and we were quickly escorted to the 39th floor for a private check in He knew in advance we were there to celebrate our anniversary and upgraded us to a magnificent suite 3802. The suite was amazing modern well appointed with custom furnishing and art along with a bathroom with giant shower separate tub with touch faucet. The view was bucket list worthy with floor to ceiling windows giving us sweeping views of the ocean Miami’s river and the city of Miami AMAZING Then with the press of a button the curtains close and presto instant privacy and no light sneaking thru to wake you up from your comfortable king bed Concierge lounge had great service nice selection with champagne also. Pool on deck 19 was nice with great views a giant king size type of sun lounger to share. My wife was craving a shrimp cocktail that was not on the pool menu. But no problem the server found a way to find my wife a really nice shrimp cocktail within minutes, The valet even charged up my electric car while it was parked overnight. Just one personalized touch after another to make us feel special

The room they switched me to was a little better but the jacuzzi didn't work so I couldn't use it to help my back. When I travel im usually on business and I don't get much time to sleep so there fact that I couldn't rest properly is very upsetting.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Crystal from Dirty tub My first night the jets in the tub were filthy. Didnt sleep well the first night because I had to call the front desk twice and the manager compensated me for complimentary breakfast for two days that I've stayed. After that the tub was still dirty until housekeeping cleaned it the next day only for me to find out there was no hot water. My second day I went to get the complimentary breakfast I was promised and I was billed. To add the cherry on top my key was cancelled the last morning before check out that was at 12pm. The way the elevator was set up I couldn't even use my key to get to the floor I was staying. I had to ask someone to use theirs so I could get to the lobby. Overall this was an annoying experience and I'll never come back.

I'm so glad they choose this location as the stay exceeded my expectation from the time when I arrived until the time I left! The rooms are AMAZING! Clean and comfortable. So much to do inside the hotel as well no matter what your preference may be. To the amazing staff, Thank you! KK
