Beware: you won’t get the room you reserve
Reserved a king oceanfront balcony. Did not receive. Balcony overlooking parking lot. Terrible food. Dissatisfied overall.

Poor service
Room type was overbooked but instead of managing our expectations during check in they decided to switch our room type by surprise, to one of lesser value. Instead of an upgrade for the mixup they only offered a slightly cheaper rate to keep the existing room and a food and beverage discount that would barely offset the mandatory service fees that are common in Miami Beach. We got the impression they didn’t really care to salvage the deal so we booked a room similar to what we originally requested at another hotel and had a great time. There are too many choices in this area to spend money at a property that devalues the expectations of their guests.

Amazing property, amazing staff
The wonderful staff at the Cadillac exceeded our expectations! From check in to checkout our stay was made perfect. Jaz at the front desk was exceptional - she was engaging and helpful and a true pleasure to deal with. Thank you Jaz! Staff and food at the hotel restaurant Donna Mare were also awesome - that breakfast buffet is second to none and the service is outstanding! We have stayed at the Cadillac in the past and will certainly be returning!
