Rated 4 out of 5 by VardoB from Hurricane Dorian The hotel is nice. My cons were paying for parking and security deposit. We had to spend 3 extra days at the hotel due to the hurricane and my family and I had to pay full price for those extra nights

Rated 5 out of 5 by Greg from Surpassed expectations First, we’ve not yet stayed at a Townplace Suites before and it was overall great. This property is really well-managed and we highly recommend it. Of special note is the staff. All are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Anthony at the reception stood out above most reception personnel at any property in the world. He is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and acknowledged us as loyal Bonvoy members, with more expertise than most. Anthony will go very far in the hospitality industry, hopefully, as the world’s hotels need more like him. There’s a bar (yay! after a long trans-Atlantic flight) and the staff is really friendly and personable. This made the guests in better, more personable moods.
