Rated 5 out of 5 by Sandra from A Wonderful Experience Sometimes, the most unexpected things are the ones that seem most valuable. My stay at the W Miami was filled with unexpected surprises that made our experience extraordinary. Upon checking in, we were immidiatelt upgraded to a superior room, out checkout time was extended, and we were offered beverages. It was the perfect start to the stay. While in the hotel, we enjoyed access to the amazing spa and fitness center, which is open after the pool closes, and became our favorite spot to relax. We were in the hotel to attend an event hosted therein, and the staff was extremely nice in assisting us to get to the event as soon as possible, since there was a bit of a line to enter. Afterwards, we ordered room service, and it was excellent. Overall, the experience was great, and I would 100% recommend the W Miami to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in the area.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Ram from Nice hotel not that easy to navigate around The staff was excellent, rooms were nice, Wet Deck pool was awesome. The regular pool was not open but we were allowed to use the spa. We didn’t like that you have to walk through the parking garage to acces the spa. It was strange.

Rated 2 out of 5 by abc from 失望本来对W很期待，但入住很失望。地理位置很好，阳台景色很都市的感觉，这点很好。但房间内总体感觉一般，不像这个级别应有的样子。卫生间很大，但排水一般且总有积水。健身房非常不好找，要经过停车场，一度以为走错。进去后可能由于太晚，已关门。回去发现楼道门禁无法打开，跟前台沟通后派工作人员才给开门。总体感觉，这家W真的很一般。
