Rated 5 out of 5 by Seasonedtraveler from Great location and service Stayed 3 nights for a girls weekend, location was perfect, easy access to various activities and transportation. Hotel includes meal credit and site-seeing options for the destination fee which is nice. Food at the local restaurant was delicious. Room was small, bathroom is tiny but clean and updated. But don't come to NYC to stay in the room. Will definitely stay here again.

It was a joy to return to the Algonquin each night after a long day at a conference. The hotel staff was accommodating, warm and efficient. They were truly the best part of my visit.I can’t wait to stay there again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by RIB from Wonderfully homey and welcoming The Algonquin is a pleasant alternative to the steel and glass monoliths in Times Square. The staff is friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and the cat is totally adorable.
