Rated 4 out of 5 by Tracey from Great Customer Service Hotel room could have had some more space for clothes and luggage, however the cleanliness and customer service made up for it. This hotel does not have a bar/lounge or restaurant which was disappointing however being in MidTown Manhattan that really wasn’t an issue as you can find someplace to eat and drink easily.

Rated 1 out of 5 by FTG from Underwhelming Hotel Although the lobby is new the rest of the hotel is completely run down and old. On the 15th floor the carpets in the common areas were dingy and not consistent with the decor found at other Renaissance properties. The furnishings in the guest room were equivalent to what is provided in a college dorm room. There was a disgusting stained sofa for seating that I didn’t want to go anywhere near. There is no food available at the hotel and the bar is only open until 10:00 pm. Not super convenient if you are a business traveler or arrive late at night. I do not recommend staying at this particular Renaissance hotel.

Had great time with exceptional service, the room was well appointed and clean. Julio in the lounge was accommodating and energetic. The staff courteous and helpful. We had a great experience and will return.

The room lacked ANY drawer space (except two small drawers in a bedside table) and there is NO counter space in the bathroom. What furniture there was was cheap and ugly. The bar operates only on weekdays. A leftover used bar of soap in the bath upon arrival did not bode well. The location was convenient to the subway and shopping.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AHM from Wonderful Boutique New York Hotel A treasure of a property with an excellent Midtown location. The front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. Rooms are comfortable and clean. A stylish executive lounge available for breakfast or a quiet place to work. Recommended for business or leisure.
