Rated 4 out of 5 by Visit10 from Family Vacation The hotel is fine and we have stayed there before. Our only problem was the shower drain was never repaired. The hotel is well located and easy to get to any where in the city.

Rated 5 out of 5 by VTerravecchia from Marriott East Side We experienced excellent service at this hotel. The staff could not be more helpful or pleasant. Our room was very clean and spacious. Concierge staff made sure we knew where we were going and helped us plan out our days. Location allows close access to public transportation as well as plenty of walkable attractions. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone heading to NYC for business or pleasure.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Anonymous from Pésimo servicio Los errores operativos no siempre se pueden evitar, pero la actitud del personal para resolverlos marca la diferencia y su personal hizo de mi estancia la peor que he tenido. Fue su error el no procesar el pago correctamente y ni siquiera se disculparon, mucho menos me ofrecieron una solución. Pedirme que durmiera con alguna de mis compañeras no es una solución. Hay que esperar hasta 10 minutos por el elevador. El WC y aire acondicionado tenían ruidos intensos y molestos que no permitían descansar de forma adecuada.
