Rated 3 out of 5 by rw2012 from Good location, unfortunate bed. Pros: Good location, walkable to theater, lots of dining options, and across the street from a major bus and train station. Free breakfast is good and staff is very helpful and friendly. Cons: Most rooms are very small (expected for NYC) but the beds are particularly uncomfortable in the rooms with one king because the bed is positioned right in the path of the fixed air conditioner vent, so you have cold air blowing on you all the time. If you get a room with two doubles, the bed farther from the window would be better. The bed and bedding is very basic, and not up to par with Bonvoy brands such as RC, JW Marriott, Sheraton, Westin, W, and others of that level.

Rated 5 out of 5 by MARIA from Centrico, cómodo y limpio. Se trata de un hotel muy bien ubicado, limpio y bien equipado. Además, incluye un completo desayuno y su personal dispensa un trato excelente. Lástima que en la recepción no cuente siempre con trabajadores que hablen español.

Could not have been more impressed. Definitely will return and highly recommend. Higher floors to avoid nyc street noise. Excellent hotel, staff and management.
