Rated 4 out of 5 by Charlie from Recent trip Hotel overall was good. Bathroom was rusty in parts which need a revamp. However staff are friendly and helpful. Bell man think his name was Marcus needs a raise as he is brilliant with the guests all day everyday. Good local 15/20 mins from main shops and Times Square.

Realmente no tengo ninguna queja con respecto al hotel. me trataron como una reina y literalmente tengo tiara. pero todo perfecto, me ayudaron con mis tacones que me dolian muchisimo los pies y todo los trabajadores especialmente los hombres fueron muy caballerosos con una senorita como yo Transexual. Volveria sin dudarlo y se lo recomendaria a todas mis amigas del colectivo LGTV. a todas nosotras que nos gusta vivir experiencias maravillosas, agradables. en este hotel nos hacen sentir como reinas. Tanto a mi Amiga Kleopatra y a mi persona, nos agrado mucho nuestra estancia en este maravilloso y comfortable hotel. Gracias a todos! Muack!!
