Rated 4 out of 5 by Claudia from Muy buen hotel en el corazón de Manhattan La habitación y la cama son muy cómodas y el personal es muy amable. Aunque está en medio de todo el bullicio de Manhattan, dentro del hotel se siente paz y uno se puede relajar. Muy cerca de transporte público.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ChristineKim from A Must! You must take a shower in the luxurious bathroom. You must eat at Boqueria! Watch TV in you room because your name pops up on the screen to welcome you. You must say hi to the staff, you’ll receive great warm welcomes from them all. Overall a must stay hotel. Great!

Walking distance for shopping and local restaurants and great parks. Biking and picnicking at Central Park. Lots of things to do night and day fun for all family members.

(Brought my grandchild with so it was easy and safe---fun and we enjoyed) Best part was the surprise text asking how I was doing...and easy late check out with a simple text back

Rated 1 out of 5 by RewardsMember from Parking When I booked this hotel I was told as a Rewards member that parking was a courtesy and no charge would be incurred. Hotel staff conveniently said nothing of any parking charges at check in or check out. The next day my credit card was charged $70.00 per night. I attempted to resolve issue with Jefferson who identified himself as a “manager”. I found this person totally unhelpful and quite rude. I won’t stay at this hotel again or recommend it to others.

Check in was so easy - the friendliest staff ever offered free drink coupons for roof top bar. The valet drivers were so friendly and offered umbrellas and to hold our luggage at check out so we could sight see before heading to the airport. The hotel is beautiful, clean and modern. The rooms were sleek and modern and good size for NYC. The location is great - subway is just a few steps away and Times Square is right up the street. Couldn't ask for more! We will be back for sure!
