Very disappointed, when I checked in, the staff is ok, got into the room, the room looked clean, but when everything settled, we tried to laid down on the bed, the comforters, and the pillows were smell badly, like never been washed. I started chat on hotel apps, asked for new comforters and pillows to change, they said the cleaning people on the way, but almost 4 hours later, no ones shows up, did nothing. I called the hotel, and 10 minutes later, someone showed, and argued with me for awhile, and she finally agreed those comforters and pillows are smelly badly. She started to changes the comforters and some pillows, not all, we might have some newer pillows, but the rest still smell. I have to used the bath tower to make like the pillows to sleep. The whole bed still smell bad, but little better then when I checked in. Really don’t want to complain but this is very very disappointed and not acceptable. I paid so much money for 3 nights and really never want to go back to the hotel room because of that smell, but i have no choice.
