Unbelievable experience
We were greeted by an excellent staff member, named Michael. He was very accommodating and he bumped us up because of our elite status. He was extremely helpful.

Never recommend this property
We booked this property first time for 3 nights with our award nights & points to attend a conference in the city . But I wish I spent my valuable points with a different property . This hotel should be in Category 1 or 2 .
We were first offered an outdated accessible room as our gold upgrade . So We asked to get a non upgraded room but updated at least . We were given a very small king room then with beautiful view . We were happy . But as soon as we went to use the room phone the story unfolded . It did not work & it did not worked at all throughout our whole stay . Ist the front desk said they will send a technician to fix , nobody came . Then next day they said they are having this issue with several rooms on this property for couple of months . But when asked that knowing this why they issued us the room they kept mum . Also someone was smoking in the adjacent room ( later we saw the lower part of the window can be opened & figured out ) .
I am never going to stay in this property again , NEVER . I am Marriotts Reward member for past 11 years . Really do not expect such hospitality from them .
The two star is given only for the view .

reservation payée à l avance,chambre changée à l'arrivée pour moins bien;pas de remboursement si pas demandé!il a fallu refaire les valises et changer de chambre le lendemain,aprés avoir eu un vol de 9 h et eu une arrivée tardive!
toilettes refoulant et debordant 2 fois en 5 jours!
personnel du bar injurieux vis à vis des français.
petit dejeuner en plein froid polaire avec clim trop forte,prestations pas renversantes,caffé deg.
toilettes du petit dejeuner bouchees.
pas de salle de douche ni d'endroit où se changer pour ls clients le jour du départ.
donc trop cher pour la prestation,à fuir absolument.

We loved Shanell
Absolutely enjoyed my stay! Beautiful hotel and the perfect location. The free breakfast in the morning was the perfect start of each day. I cannot forget to give the thanks to the person who made our stay even more enjoyable, SHANELLLLLLLL!! OMG Shanell is an amazing concierge. Very professional, gave us the best recommendations, and was just an overall sweetheart. Because of her, we are now planning to come back because we fell in love with Harlem and just to get another burger from Harlem Shake!!
