Rated 5 out of 5 by NancyB from Wonderful Stay!!! Everything was great. I brought two friends and gave them the NYC 'tour'. I've been NYC many times because I have a relative living there. But this time, we stayed at the Residence hotel and everything was wonderful, and my friends thoroughly enjoyed it. The location was perfect and the staff at the hotel were excellent.

It is in the right location to walk to Broadway Shows and is close to most major subway stops and bus lines. Accommodations are clean and well-cared for. Staff is friendly and very helpful.Free breakfast and NY Times are icing on the cake. Who could ask for anything more?

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bardays from mother/daughter getaway in NYC!! My mom and I recently had our first visit to NYC and utilized our Bonvoy rewards. yay!! Had I paid for the stay, my review would be a bit less favorable. Great location! Friendly Staff! Shout out to Damien for being so helpful as we changed reservations from another Residence Inn. Great tips on transportation (Newark Shuttle and Subway nearby) The room set up is rather awkward and the room is run-down and a bit dingy. Some light-bulbs were missing and others were mismatched. The bathroom set up is awkward and they provided one?? facecloth. But,we spent very little time in the room and there was almost no noise from the street. :) The breakfast is the usual RI but with no variety from day to day.
