Rated 2 out of 5 by Bob from Considering Other Options I've stayed at this hotel 3 times. Each time, I book online and then use the app to confirm my check-in time. I understand that the hotel cannot guarantee rooms until 4pm but on every occasion I arrive before 4pm only to be told that they will call me when the room is ready. I provide my cell number but every time I get no phone call. I am forced then to call the hotel at some point after 4pm to then be told my room is ready. As a Titanium Elite member who has stayed at other Renaissance properties I've never had an issue. The room we had was on a high floor, as requested and in the corner which was nice. There was an odd smell coming from the bathroom that I could not figure out the source. After a couple of days of using scent prays and letting the window out to freshen up the space, it appeared that the scent went away. Unfortunately on the third day (the day I checked out) it came back. Given this has been my third time here, I am considering other properties to stay at in the future.
