Rated 5 out of 5 by DaveCT from Very nice, clean, good value The room and bathroom are clean and up to date. Bed is comfortable, there is a couch and fridge. There is room to walk around and the television is new and large. Breakfast has a lot of options so you will find something you like. The staff is pleasant and responsive. Mid-town location and they valet park. If you are using GPS put in the address as it might take you to a Spring Hill on 37th. Good value and location.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Robyn from ABSOLUTE LOVELY HOTEL Everything about this hotel was great from the employees to the clean chic comfortable room. You can’t beat the central location it’s a short walk to PENN Station Hudson Yards The High Line Broadway and Central Park. They have a great complimentary breakfast. Really really nice experience can’t wait to return.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Debbie from Weekend Stay Unfortunately, we arrived well before check-in. The hotel offered to keep our suitcases while we went exploring, but we opted to take them as there were MANY people arriving early as well and we were concerned they may go missing, given the amount of suitcases being left. We had to wait right until check-in time to get our room. The room was great-a bit small though. The shower never got above warm. The staff was excellent. The complementary breakfast was excellent, even for a celiac like me. Great location for events at Madison Square Gardens and shopping. I would go there again for a weekend getaway.

Rated 3 out of 5 by GlutenAndDairyFree from No Gluten Free options Great location; 2 block walk to Penn Station. Stylish retrofit of an older building. Elevators were very busy during peak breakfast, checkout and post-dinner times so many times ended up walking down 7 flights of stairs after waiting 10 minutes without an elevator stopping. Breakfast being included is a nice idea unless looking for gluten free and/or dairy free options; hotel was very crowded so fresh fruit ran out within the first half hour, staff are slow to refill eggs and bacon, others guests were sloppy and left dirty (paper) plates on tables that are not bussed by staff. Luckily there are markets and restaurants nearby plus the offerings within Penn Station which is very close by.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ejmv from Fun in the city The front desk at checkout knew I wanted coffee and should have gotten me some instead of waiting 15 minutes for the staff to fill the carafe! This was too late she knew I was leaving for the airport at 6:30!
