Rated 5 out of 5 by grace from Excellent Customer Experience Every time I travel for work and any city I go, I always ask for Springhill Suite because of the good customer experience I have had so far. I wouldn't go to courtyard Marriott and would just like to stop right there. So far I have been very happy with my choice and the Manhattan NY location just top the cake for me. I am in business of Patient/Family/customer experience and it heartens me when I get the type of experience that Nykia and her staff provided. The great experience started from the Dallas airport as I was expressing my situation and the fact that I had to board a plane to Chicago and was worried about my daughter heading to the hotel in NY. She made me feel like I could trust her and I did and she came thru. Thank you for making my day.

Rated 1 out of 5 by UnhappyGoldMember from Housekeeping Staff is awful As a gold member and our room was on the 19th floor(more expensive) I was appalled by the lack of service. First, one of the elevators was our for over 4 days, this was a huge problem as we spent a lot of time waiting on an elevator. Our first morning we realized that there was only coffee for one person, in a suite that was going to be occupied by 2 people. Second, one of our garbage containers was not emptied for 2 days, I had to speak to a manger, nothing was done. By the third day I called to have a manager come to the room to see the garbage. One day we didn't get a bath mat, one day we did not get toilet paper, at least 3 days we never had condiments for the coffee for 2 people. The managers in my opinion did NOTHING.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Mommycrawford from Don't expect your room to be ready on time. Room was nice, once we got in, but front desk was unsure when room would be ready, and unapologetic. They wanted us to sit outside and wait and come back and check with them. :(...Elevators were unreliable. Breakfast was a nice touch-not a full breakfast, but nice options, and replenished by nice staff members. Gym was small, but quiet, and a nice option. Adequate lodging, but someone could do better!
