Overall it was good (nice-looking, modern, high-end, beautiful restaurant/terrace in the middle of NYC), however, they could be better at coordinating check-in and check-out across all staff. I called in advance to request early check-in, and when I arrived, the room was not ready - but I was told they would contact me within the next few hours once it became available. No one contacted me 4 hours later, and when I returned to hotel to check-in (beyond "normal" check-in time), the room was still not ready. Upon checking out, I called ahead to get my car out of valet and stored luggage, but neither was ready when I arrived 30 minutes later.

Rated 5 out of 5 by HunterS from The Times Square Edition September 2019 I really can’t say enough about The Times Square EDITION. The service is fantastic from check-in to departure. As incredible as NYC is, The EDITION is like an all inclusive resort. You really have no reason to leave because everything you could possibly want is there. Now of course you should check out the city, but I think The EDITION is bar none the best experience a hotel can offer in Times Square. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend. I don’t stay anywhere else when I travel for business to NYC.
