Experience organic, farm-to-table California cuisine inspired by Provençal and Mediterranean traditions with a menu curated by Executive Chef Augusto Caudillo. Graduating from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, he honed his skills in various kitchens, including the esteemed Fess Parker Wine Country Inn in Los Olivos and Lucky’s Steakhouse in Montecito. Caudillo's dishes offer a tantalizing blend of aesthetics and nutrition — a testament to his love of crafting memorable experiences.
